7:30 pm - Interfaith Service at St. Pius RC Church

We invite you to join one or both of our Thanksgiving liturgies this month. The first is our annual Interfaith Thanksgiving service on Tuesday, Nov. 24 at 7:30 p.m. at St. Pius R.C. Church on Washington Avenue. This is a wonderful opportunity to gather with the interfaith community and give thanks. We are invited to bring canned goods to donate to local food ministries.
On Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 26, at 10 a.m. we will have Holy Eucharist at St. John’s, Cold Spring Harbor. The clergy of St. Margaret’s, St. John’s CSH, St. John’s Huntington and Christ Church Oyster Bay are beginning a new tradition of sharing a moving celebration on Thanksgiving Day. The idea is that we can gather as the Episcopal Community on the North Shore and also share the load of liturgical leadership among the clergy, giving clergy from each parish a break in coming years. This year, Mother Jennifer will be the celebrant and transitional deacon, the Rev. Jesse Lebus, will be the preacher at St. John’s. Come join us as we celebrate together!
