Are you ready to restore body, mind and spirit after a roller-coaster spring?
Join us as we focus on health and well-being with gentle exercise for people of all ages and abilities. Join us Saturday, May 5, 1-3 p.m. for centering, a talk on health and nutrition, some gentle yoga and Tai Chi, refreshments and meditation. At long last – Welcome to spring!
For everyone desiring a personal “Tune Up,” come and share in a lively afternoon devoted to restoring body, mind and spirit.
Join us at St. Margaret’s on Saturday, May 5, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. We’ll do gentle yoga exercise (adaptable for all) with Theresa, an experienced yoga practitioner. If you have an exercise mat, please bring it. Theresa will also talk briefly on health and nutrition.
Christie will lead us in gentle Tai Chi. After refreshments.
