APRIL 2018 ISSUE - At long last – Welcome to Spring! For everyone desiring a personal “Tune Up,” you and your family and friends are invited to share in a lively afternoon devoted to restoring body, mind and spirit.

Join us at St. Margaret’s on Saturday, May 5, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. We’ll do gentle yoga exercise (adaptable for all) with Theresa, an experienced yoga practitioner. If you do have an exercise mat, please bring it. Theresa will also talk briefly on health and nutrition.

Christie will lead us in gentle Tai Chi. After refreshments, Barbara Festa will offer centering prayer and meditation. Please sign up in the Narthex or contact Barbara Festa
